Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
The water tubing supplies water to refrigerator components that require water including the ice maker and water dispenser. If your refrigerator is leaking water, check the outlet tubing for cracks or holes, as well as the connection points to ensure they are fitted tightly. Faulty tubing should be replaced immediately. The tube was straight, end to end. I had to use a heat gun so I could bend one end more than 90 degrees so it would fit the water control valve. Thankfully, the tube was long enough to accept this modification. It took a bit of work, but I was able to make it fit without leaking. I will NOT be using PartSelect again as when I purchase something...I want the truth about fitment.

Does this hose come with the connection pieces or is it just simply the hose? The connection piece at the bottom of the fridge is cracked and leaking.

Thank you for your question. This part is just the hose. I believe that the piece you are speaking about would be your water inlet valve down at the bottom of your fridge. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

The fitting on the bottom end of the ice maker #4 is an 90 degree elbow that clips into a push button type clamp. It is not a valve. Can you tell me the name of this elbow. Your answer to chris was almost complete. What is the parts number of the elbow or if you want to call it a valve what is it's name or part number? Where can i order it? How do i order it without a part number?

Hello Tom, Thank you for the question. The elbow you need it attached to the valve and is not sold on its own. The Water Valve, PartSelect Number PS11749668 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

Does part ps11757031 (water valve tubing) come with the locking ring for the top and washer that goes into the water inlet valve.

Hello Aaron, Thank you for your inquiry. This is just the tube with the white nozzle connectors on each end. It is designed to just slide into the fittings on the valve. Hope this helps!

Im not sure the model #, i have a Whirlpool, i need the hose that goes from the valve on the bottom to the ice maker , i wil like send some pictures in case you guys not understand me, thanks,
