The cycle selector knob has broken. I think part #14, the plastic spindle piece that turns the knob, is this part the one I need?

Hello Shawn, thank you for inquiring. This Knob is the correct replacement for your model, but the shaft you are describing is a part of the Timer that the Knob goes onto. The Timer for your model is part PS11749831, and the Screw that goes with it is part PS11746840.

The cycle knob for my dryer broke off. It looks like it attaches to something else though...there is a metal piece that goes into another part which is the timer I think. The plastic piece that connects the two snapped off. Do I need to order the knob and the timer both?

Hello Somer, thank you for the question. According to our research, the stem does not come separately. You may need to replace the knob, part number PS11756281. You have to just pull the knob out and put the new knob on the timer and press them. We hope this helps!
