Front track stop keeps constantly falling off. Everything falls off the track.This is a new washer. Please how do i attach it to make it stay?.

Hello Mary, Thank you for your inquiry. Line the two tabs on the back up with the two cut outs on the end of the track, then press down on the lever in the center on the side with the lines, then push the clip in the rest of the way. Hope this helps!

Does this kit have both the left and right side rack stops, or just one?

How do i reattach the front rack stop?

Hello Diane, Thank you for your inquiry. Line the two tabs on the back up with the two cut outs on the end of the track, then press down on the lever in the center on the side with the lines, then push the clip in the rest of the way. Hope this helps!

How do i install the stops at the end of the basket rails?
For model number WDT730PAHZ

Line the two tabs (that are on the back of the stops) up with the two cutouts on the end of the track, then press down on the lever in the center on the side with the lines, and push the clip in the rest of the way. I had to replace upper rack wheel assembly but now trying to figure out how to put the rack stops back on. How can one tell which one is for right side or left side?

Lost stop from one side of top rack. Rack could be pulled off track.
Looked at other side of top rack which still had the stop. Just had to orient the direction of the stop and push it firmly onto the rack arm. Took a couple tries, but it went in and locked. Works perfectly. Inexpensive and easy fix to to very annoying problem.

Part snap broken
Snap in the missing track stop and twist snap the middle spray arm. That simple.

Top rack broke
I had to replace the whole sliding system on the top rack. Plus the clips holding it. It snapped. I watched the video and did the steps from Steve. The rack slides better than when brand new. Whirlpool wouldn’t pick up phone but part select did. So thank you for being there so I could fix the rack and be able to use the dishwasher again.

Upper dishrack pull out wheels broke away from the arms.

Replaced the wheels and adjuster on the top rack
Came as a box of loose parts with no directions. New parts looked totally different from OEM parts (better than OEM) on the rack. Luckily I went to the Partselect web site and they had a great short video preforming the task. Was a 15 minute job after the video.. If you get the Upper Rack Adjuster Kit with the wheels watch the short video and it’s a breeze!!
