Part # wpw10476221(diffuser) does this part come with the washer-like seal that is underneath this part? The seal is black and flat like a washer and seals against the shaft of the diffuser. Thanks

Hi Dennis, Thank you for the question.The drain pump is the part that fixes the issue the majority of the time. There are some parts that you may need to check as well to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain hose for blockage or kinks, the filter if it needs to be cleaned and the turbidity sensor can be tested for proper continuity. I hope this helps. Hope this helps!

the diffuser keeps turning on shaft. i put it in the correct position, run a cycle and its out of place again
