The stove grates fit perfectly (my main worry). And they look great!

Original grates were badly chipped and hard to clean. Called and ordered replacement grates and am pleased with them. Makes my stove look new again and recommend everyone else that had this problem order these replacements. They are actually better than the originals that were grey - these are black and more durable. There is no installation problem - just take them out of the box they come in and put on top of the stove, very easy to do.

I bought new burner grates to spiffy up my house for sale. One came broken. I contacted them; they responded the same day and, after brief communication they replaced the part very quickly. I would buy from them again.

I expected the grates I received to be the same as what I had already (shiny gray) and instead they came in as rough black. Unfortunately, I didn't order the middle part because that was fine, so now I have a gray middle and the 2 black grates on each side. I had thrown the old ones in the trash the morning of trash day before I took the new ones out, so you can imagine my disappointment!! I was not told by the representative when I spoke with her that they would be black. I probably wouldn't have ordered them ($135) and just invested in a new stove at that point. I am not happy.

My stove is 10 years old but with your new grates it looks new again. I was proud of how I took care of it but the old grates were coated and chipped over time. The new black ones updated my stove and kit hey. Thank you

After so many years, I was worried that the grates would be unavailable. They were except for finding them with this company! They're matte finish but look great. I'm just so thankful that I could make my cooktop look new again!

Love the new grates, heavy weight and nice black finish,, much better than the grey grate kit that came with the stove... grey color was very difficult to keep clean, black color is awesome.. Five stars!
