WATER WORKS TO THE DRINKING SIDE BUT NO WATER GOING TO THE ICE MAKER, IS THIS THE WATER CONTROL VALVE. I JUST REPLACED THE WHOLE ICE MAKER ASSEMBLY DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE
For model number KSRS25FGBL02
Hi Brad, thank you for the question. The issue is most likely with the water inlet valve. There are two solenoids on that part. One for the ice maker and one for the water dispenser. If the water inlet valve is defective, or if it has insufficient pressure, it won’t allow water to flow through. The valve requires at least 20 psi to function properly. Make sure that the water pressure to the valve is at least 20 psi. We recommend you replace the water inlet valve, part number PS3497634, to solve the problem. Good luck with your repair!
Water leaking from bottom of fridge when ice maker is on.
For model number ED5GTGXNQ11
Hello Lupe, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the water filter for any damage. If the filter is not damaged or clogged, then you may need to check the water filter housing, part number PS11739083, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
Does the water filler wpw10445062 come with a built in filter. I recently replaced the control value because water dispensor would shut off at about 16 oz of water. Now it just slows down. I took water filter out and ran 2 gallons of water though system. Worked fine. Put filter back in ran a gallon though system. No problem. Now it is shutting off or slowing down again. Filter recently replaced. Any suggestions?

Hi William, thank you for reaching out. The tubing connector, part number PS11754831, does not come with a built-in filter. You need to check the water filter housing, part number PS11748615, and the water filter, part number PS11722128, to fix the issue. We hope this information helps! If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Thanks again for your great question.
The solenoid works but the water connection leaks. Can I buy the block or do I have to buy the whole valve
For model number GSS30C6EYY03
Hello Paul and Es, Thank you for your inquiry. We show that the connectors where the tubes slide into are only available as part of the inlet valve. There is a single water inlet valve in the back and a dual valve that connects to the ice maker. We hope this helps you.
