Does a new knob come with this timer or can i connect my old knob. I'm confused on if you have to replace knob and timer for this particular model?

I am looking for the timer for the above model Whirlpool tumble dryer (part 11) and the nob that you use (part 13) . If i was to purchase these two parts are you able to post them to thailand? And if so how much would the International postage cost?

I purchased a used dryer. The knob that controls the timing is missing and the post that the knob is supposed to attach to is broken off. What parts do I need to fix this?
