Washer made loud banging noise during spin cycle
I first removed the back panel held on by about 10 screws. I removed the drive belt from the pulley, then removed the lock nut securing the pulley to the drum & removed the pulley. Attached the new pulley to the drum, tightened on the lock nut, attached the new belt & ran a spin cycle. When that went OK I replaced the back panel & the washer was back in service.

would not spin of agitate
I first had to take off the back and the top to get to the pulley and the belt. The pulley had woobled so much that it had worn out the center nad it would no longer hold to the post in the tub. It also had cut into the back of the tub about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I unscrewed the nut holding the pulley and removed it. I then took a knife and trimmed the rough edges off the back of the tub to make it smooth. I then smoothed out the end of the post that the pulley fits on so the new pulley would fit. I tightned the nut and put the belt on the motor drive shaft and Used a robo grip to hold the belt as I turned it onto the pulley. I but the back and top back on and that was it.

My machine makes a loud of noise when it is spinning. Is this normal? It has done for a long time ( two years ) and nothing has broken yet. The machine had a previous owner. It was in the house when i bought it. Thanks for your answer.

Hi Manuel, Thank you for your inquiry. There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the drive belt, the drum drive pulley, the tub gasket, the shock absorbers, the springs, the driver motor and the dispenser actuator switch. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I ordered belt it does measured as size of 48.22 inches. But it is too short for mount at poly wheel. I don't believe it can possible to expend to 53". I don't know how can solve this problem. Ansheng liu

Hi Ansheng, it should expand to stretch to 51.53 inches when installed. If it is not expanding to this size there may be a problem with the part. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
