the low button does not work and appears to be stuck, can this be fixed?

Thank you for your question. If the button is stuck, try cleaning the button and the area around it to see if this will resolve the issue. If the buttons are dirty, sometimes they will stick. If this does not resolve the issue, the button may be worn or malfunctioning and the switch membrane will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the switch membrane is PS11753856.
