Do you have just the gasket for the part 10340542. It is located t the back of the washing machine, on the upper arm.
For model number 665 1277k310
Hi Amanda,
Thank you for your question. If the gasket is part of the upper spray arm, you will need to purchase it to get the gasket. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.
Hi, i am about to order replacement "rack adjuster kit" (ps10064063) as our wheels have broken off (which appears to be a common problem with these units). My question: As we have taken the top rack out we notice that at the connection end of the under-mount "manifold" for the "sprayer" there are two water intakes that have these 7/8" round screens (filters?) that appear to be hinged flap type things. One screen springs back while the other side remains half open. We assume the sprayer is operating ok but wonder if the filter things are critical and if its a necessary (or wise) to to replace the manifold and sprayer (parts ps11753224 and ps11754873) while we replace the rack adjusters? We love our dishwasher and want to keep it good condition. Thanks!
For model number KUDE201XSS9
Hello Tom,
Thanks for your question. The screens are there to prevent food and soap build up inside the spray arms. If they dishes are still coming clean then there is no immediate issues but over time it will cause the spray arms to become blocked and the dishes will not come out clean. It would be best to replace them before it becomes and issue.
Good luck with this repair!

I found the end piece of the manifold at the bottom of the dishwasher. It is white and two holes and goes into the vertical section at the back of the manifold. It is stamped PP-20/TEO. I can click it back into place but is there a separate replacement part for this? Or would I need to order the whole manifold assembly? Is it critical for the operation of the machine?
For model number KDTE104DSS0
Hello Eric, thank you for the great question. The compatible part for your model is a manifold, part number PS11753224. The new upper dish rack manifold should be installed by aligning it on the rack and snapping it into place. Align the wash arm on the manifold then rotate the locking nut clockwise to secure and confirm that the arm spins freely and your dishwasher should be ready for use. We hope this information is useful!

Hello, so recently found 2 parts at the bottom of my dishwasher. It appears they broke off the back end of the manifold. They are rectangular, one is white hard plastic and is stamped with W10194944 4. The other is black flexible rubber and stamped with W10707572. They both have two holes. Are these parts available on their own or does the entire manifold have to be replaced?

Hi Kris, thank you for the great question. The parts you are looking for are not sold separately; these are the parts of the manifold. You will need to replace the manifold, part number PS11753224. We hope this information helps!

The gasket on the spray arm has two covers with the black rubber acting as flaps. If one of the flaps stays open, would that prevent the rotation of the top and bottom spray arms? Everything is working correctly other than the sprayers not spinning and actually getting the dishes clean.
For model number MDB8959SFZ3
Hi Molly, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the most common reason both the spray arms may not be spinning properly is the build-up of dirt and debris. Opening of flap does not have an effect on both spray arms. We would recommend cleaning the spray arms properly. If this is not the case, you may need to check the circulation pump and motor assembly, part number PS11756615, to solve the problem. The assembly pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. We hope this solves your problem!
Upper rack slides out since day one. I watched the tech level the hell out of the dishwasher and when i noticed this happening i checked too. It's level!!! when the upper rack is in the bottom most position it is not a problem. when you pull the rack out it has a positive retaining feel to it. when it is in the upper most position (which we need for the size of our dishes) it slides out. i put my finger to the opening of the manifold and the door swings back and probably gives the rack enough resistance to stay put. when it is in the upper position the door is wide open with no resistance at all. does it seem reasonable that replacing the manifold will fix this?
For model number KDTE104ESS3
Hello Seth, Thank you for your inquiry. The manifold attaches to the upper rack so if it is not in the correct position or loose, it could cause the rack to slide out. We would advise checking the rack adjusters/wheel assembly as well. Hope this helps!

Draw not sliding properly. Water manifold low pressure.
Remove entire top rack and place on a large flat work surface. A small screwdriver is needed to release several plastic clips holding the upper drawer slider brackets and manifold in place. Carefully pry the clips free of their mounting holes and remove the bracket. Take some time to study how things are held together before removing anything since one plastic clip is closely affected by the others. Without pictures, and a video, it's really difficult to put into words. I must stress, do not force anything. When disassembling, use the opposite side to as a visual aid to reassemble.
The Broan downdraft vent fan turned itself on at random times and ran continuously without input.
I could not effect a repair because the parts did not arrive on the promised date and after several calls I still do not know when they will arrive or even if they have been shipped.

rubber flaps on the end of the manifold were worn - no pressure
Ordered the "right" part according to the diagram. The part I received was about 1/4" too long so I couldn't use the whole manifold. Took the rubber end off and - fortunately- it fit the old manifold. Dishwasher works fine now. Wish I could have ordered just the rubber valves.
