How do I replace this bin
Hello Casey, thanks for reaching out to us. If the old bin is still in place, simply grab onto it with both hands and lift it away from the door, it should come right off. To install your new bin, line it up where the old bin was and simply drop it into place. Good luck with your repair.

On my fridge door I have small shallow bins and larger deeper bins. I don’t know what they’re called but I need to order the larger deeper bin. Is that what this is?

I want to make sure this door unit fits my frig. Not sure where you are measuring width--at front it might be 14 1/4, but at back it is wider and more like 16" also rather than 6" deep, it is more like 7 1/2. Am i ordering the right cantilever part?

At the front the bin would be about 14 1/4 and the back is a bit wider at about 16 inches. So part number WPW10321304 is the correct bin for the fridge door. I hope this helps!

Broken ice auger drum
Dismantled the ice bin, and then the ice crusher. I then replaced the auger drum and reversed the dismantle. I now have crushed ice once again, just like new. The blow up schematics help isolate the parts needed beautifully. Just like a jobber would expect. Thanks Guys,

My part was the correct one, and easy to change out. It is the 2nd different one I have purchased from PartSelect. It works fine. The original part was obviously a weak point in the design of this refrigerator, since the part cracks easily. When you open and shut the door the contents of these bins shift, and eventually the plastic in the corner shatters like a spider web. When I replace my entire unit I will try to find one with better designs for frequent use.
My only objection is that the 1st one I bought was expensive and it went up significantly from there 2 years later when I ordered another. I chose to order it because I needed the usefulness of the door bin. Its continued use is more important that the extreme cost. It is, after all, simply plastic.
