My old spray arm was falling apart. I ordered the part and watched a video on how to install it, installed in in seconds. No repair person needed.

The part was laying in the top of a somewhat squished box.....all the packing paper was UNDER the part. Nothing between it and the squished cardboard. There was a small metal tab that was bent and I was afraid to try to pull it out and straighten it. Although the part seems to be working fine and it was in a sealed plastic bag, it really appeared to have been used before. Since it is working and my dishes are getting clean I will leave well enough alone. Your ordering process was simple and price for the part was much less than having to call an applicance repairman. Part was a perfect replacement

This is a replacement part for my dishwasher. It is an enormous improvement over the previous part that failed. No tools were necessary to install the part. Snap out and then snap in. Saved a service call. Great.
