Took the old Ice Container and Auger Assembly out and tossed it in the trash...washed and dried the new Ice Container and Auger Assembly placed it in designated area and I've been having crushed ice ever since!

my auger had broke so I got this new unit

nothing to repair, simply removed the old ice container and auger from the freezer and replaced with it with the new one.

My ice dispenser will not dispense cubed ice but still does crushed ice. The water dispenser lever gets stuck when dispensing water and will not stop. Will this part correct my problem?

Thanks for your question. You will want to replace the ice bucket in this situation as it is the most likely cause for this issue, but only after examining the bucket to see if any ice became stuck around the lever and bucket area, as you may be able to thaw it to resume operation of the unit.

The blades on the auger of the ice bin are broken. I can't seem to find the auger for this specific model number. The auger is straight and not a "curly-cue" like i've seen w/ some models. Can you help me find this replacement auger model number? Thanks!

I just bought a house and the ice dispenser isn't working. When you push on the external button no sound, not running. It does make ice just won't dispense. What do I need?

Hello Jolene, Thank you for the question. If everything else is working and it is just not dispensing ice, I suggest to test the Micro Switch, PartSelect Number PS11738948. When testing, as you press the button, the contact should close for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter. Hope this helps!
The ice maker does not work at all. The unit appears to be intact and the water line is attached. The water dispenser works. Any suggestions for trouble shooting?
