I ordered a door bin to take the place of the soft drink dispenser. When it arrived it had a short depth. I expected a depth matching the soft drink dispenser. Also, the drawer that arrived was not compatible with the bottom supports. The back of the shelf doesn't reach the door, there's a gap, therefore it's tilted forward.

Thank you for your inquiry. This part is for the upper part of your left hand side door. Above that soft drink dispenser. I do not believe that it was made to fit where your soft drink dispenser goes. It would be exactly the same depth as the shelves above. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I can’t find the right door bin. First i ordered and received one, but it wasn’t as deep as the one that cracked. Then, i ordered the one that was deeper, front to back, but it’s too wide. What need is one that’s 6.75 deep and about 12.5 wide. Any help?

I purchased the above refrigerator and it was delivered on september 05, 2019. I noticed a small crack on the left hand side door bin but installed it anyway. Unfortunately the bin completely cracked and i need a replacement. Would this door bin be under warranty? I do not see my model number on your site. How can i be sure i get the right replacement bin? The width of the bin at the back is 10".

The door bin on a friend's refrigerator had a crack in it that quickly grew to a much bigger crack.
You just take the old door bin out by sliding it up and replace with the new bin by sliding it down in the door.

Refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling
Disconnected the old part and reconnected the new part. We only needed tools to remove the panel on the outside of the refrigerator to get to the part. Since we ordered the part to fix the refrigerator, we replaced the refrigerator door bins that had cracked.
The door bin cracked. I ordered a new one and slid it into the old bins slots.
