Some buttons of my diswasher don't work including the 'start' button. I am not sure if i have to replace the control panel or the control board. Please guide me.
For model number KUDE70FVSS3
Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your question. You should first test all of the mirco switches on your door latch. If your door latch has failed, your control board will not get any power and so your control panel will not light up. If you find that your latch micro switches are fine, then inspect your board. If you see any discoloration on any of the terminals then it will definitely be your board that you need to replace. Disconnect the ribbon from the board to the panel for about 30 seconds. Then plug it back in. Make the latch engage into a shut position. Look at your panel and see if it lights up and reacts normally. If it does not, it is more likely that it is your control board that you will have to replace. I hope this helps. Good luck with your repair.

Hello, my dishwasher has no response from the buttons on the control panel. I checked the door switch and the bi-metal fuse with a multi meter and they have continuity. If I unplug the ribbon cable from the control board going to the control panel and reconnect it only the cancel light will illuminate. If the door switch is then closed the drain pump will try to run until the start or cancel button is pressed. None of the other buttons will light up or start a cycle. Do I need to replace both the control panel and control board? Thanks, Tom
For model number JDB3600AWP3
Hi Tom. Thank you for the question. This sounds like an issue with the control board, Part Number: PS11752011. The board is not repairable so it will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

We recently had a power outage which blew out a few electronic items. The dishwasher stopped working: No lights on the panel at all. I changed the bimetallic thermal fuse but noticed a capacitor on control board had lost its cover. Assume control board needs to be replaced. How difficult is it? Do you have a video as useful as the thermal fuse one?

The dishwasher will run for at least 2 hours if not manually stopped. Will this control board fix this problem ? Or do I need another part? Thanks
For model number 66513122K700
Hi Bruce, Thank you for the question. Yes, the time is built into the board so the board will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

My Kenmore he4 will not auto sense dryness and turn off...it runs until the clock times out..i have already replaced the moisture sensor strips..
For model number 110.C85872400
Hello Greg, thank you for your question. If the sensor strips have been replaced the issue would most likely be the electronic control board. You can test the thermostats just to be sure they are all functioning, but if the other cycles are working as they should the thermostats are probably not the issue. I hope this helps!

My dishwasher drains after each cycle except for the last cycle where the water stays in the machine. The pump works fine, the hoses are not clogged.
Is there any other part I should look before I change out the electronic control board wpw10285178 which unfortunately is out of stock at this time
For model number kude60fvwho
Hello Bob, thank you for the question. According to our research, we would recommend checking the Turbidity Sensor, part number PS11757214. If that does not help, we would suggest checking the Electronic Control Board, part number PS11752011. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
I believe this is the part i need. My dishwasher runs fine; except it won't drain at the end of the cycle. It will completely drain if i push the cancel button at the end of the cycle, so it does not appear to be a clog in the drain pipe. Is that a part that a homeowner can install or do the wires need to be soldered?

Hi Pamela,
Thank you for your inquiry. You should be able to install the electronic control board yourself. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may reference, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjkVSfcdluQ. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

It will fill with water, not wash then drain the water and then do it again like its running but the dishwasher never washes. Is that the control board or the pump!
For model number KUDE70FVSS2
Hi Tim, Thank you for the question. Soudns like the cycle timer is skipping the wash cycle. The timer is built into the control board so the board will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Hello William, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the door switch kit, the bi-metal fuse, door latch, motor and control board. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, there are YouTube videos available to assist you. Hope this helps!

The console of my dishwasher currently has 4 cycles very dimly lit that remain on continuously. When i press/hold cancel, they do not shut off. I made sure the control lock button on the console was not illuminated. I disconnected washer from power at the circuit breaker two different times for 1 minute each to attempt to get the unit to power cycle and reset. This did not resolve the issue. Washer will not allow me to select any button (will not illuminate to show that the button has been pressed), and those four buttons remain very dimly lit continuously. When closing the washer, the pump engages for about 5 minutes and then all activity stops. The dishwasher is currently non-functional. I am unsure if i need to replace the console, control panel, control board, or the door latch--or a different part. Any suggestions?
For model number JDB3600AWS5
Hi Kelsey,
