They were not the right size, too long a shaft

The knob was in excellent condition and receive quickly.

Part was what we were looking for and arrived in good time. Part was extremely easy to place.

So I 1st ordered the 4 knobs from Amazon. They were $4 more each than your parts...but Amazon gave me the wrong knobs...they did not fit. So again Thank You. Your website/part selection is TOPS! Will definitely order from PartSelect again in the future.

Received the first knob I was told what to order when it came it was the wrong knob. I was given a return label which was not prepaid and I have never received my credit...Got the new one.....It also did not work. Had to hire some one to come to my home to make the knob work......I still have not received my credit for the first one I purchased. I emailed several times and still have not received my credit so, I am out shipping 2 times and the cost of the first knob. Also I called the company and I told them I still could not get the knob on my stove I was told sorry that is the correct part. I found out from the Mfg. that they changed the knob so, that why I could not get it on the stove my handyman removed something inside the knob and now it works... Bottom line I paid for 2 parts I paid for shipping two times I never received my credit and I sent the part back And I paid a handy man to fix it No need to give a rating

I ordered the knob using the exact model of my stovetop. However the knob sets too high. It’s like the stem that fits over the post of the control is too long. My new knob sits higher than the other original knobs. Disappointed.

My stove is less than 5 years old and 2/4 knobs were broken So happy to get them replaced and these were exact replacement

the stem of the knob that attaches to the cooktop is longer than the original by a 1/4" so it stands up higher on the cook top. Not a big deal, but the two I replaced are taller than the two that broke so it looks a little 'off'. I am dissappointed that this part is not make of something other than plastic - this is the second time I've had to replace them.
