The freezer door wouldn't stay closed
Replaced the rail and slide baskets. Also readjusted the basket. This was extremely easy and saved me close to $500

How do you remove the part number 21 so that the upper basket can be removed so one could properly clean the inside of the freezer

Hello David, Thank you for the question. The item #22 would be the Grille Shroud, PartSelect Number PS11749612. To remove it you need to insert a flat head screw driver into the hole with the arrow and flex the tab to release the grille. Hope this helps!
