The drawers have plastic around the glass shelves. The plastic broke!!!!
I ordered new shelves on line. I received them and they were the wrong shelves. I called and told them and they said I ordered the wrong shelves. So I got the right ones and they made me pay to send the wrong shelves back!!! Because I ordered them on line. On Line!!!! Really
broken meat drawer and glass shelf,ordered humidity control drawer and shelf
Diagram is not clear, meat drawer is designed to fit on bottom of shelves and humidity control crisper drawer is intended for next level up, after realizing the proper arrangement it was a relatively easy, however after first trying the crisper at the lower level it was not easy to recognize the proper locatiom
It was a simple process to exchange the damaged parts, no tools were necessary. The most difficult part of the repair was in determining the correct replacement part. The diagram ilustrations on the website were not really clearly identified. Luckily I chose the correct replacements and all turned out sucessfully.

I only need the plastic frame of the shelves.(ps11751714) the glasses are good, but the plastic are broken. Can I get only the plastic parts?

Thank you for the question.Looks like the manufacture only makes these shelves with the glass included,so the only way to order these shelves is with the plastic frame and the glass insert.
