Replaced broken parts
Replacing the broken parts for my Whirlpool refrigerator was very easy and the price was reasonable.
THE SLIDE OUT SHELF WITH GLASS FRAMES WERE BROKEN.
I HAD TO BE CAREFUL...THE SHELF COST ME OVER $200/ iT WAS PACKED SAFELY AND THE GLASS SHELF ARRIVED SAFELY. REMOVING IT FROM THE PACKING IS NOT TOO DIFFICULT...THE SHELF IS BROAD..
ONCE I WAS ABLE TO BRING IT OUT, I WAS ABLE TO REPLACE IT INTO THE REFRIGERATOR BY SLIDING IT INTO THE FRAME.
Replaced cracked slide out glass shelf with new one
Simply slid out damaged shelf and slid in new one

Bin right mounting rail worn, requiring a new bin.
From the Expanded view on the website, I chose the bin -I thought. The expanded view picture is too small and I got the shelf instead. -But a phone call got everything back on track. Repair involved a knife to open the box!

Hello Judy, Thank you for inquiry. Diagram number 17 is a stand alone shelf, and 16 in the diagram would be the shelf frame with glass that has the rails molded for the snack pan to slide in and out of. Hope this helps.
What is the difference between replacement part #11 and #12. I need the plastic frame with slide that acts as a top for the smallest bin, not the humidity control bin or the one that says meats.
