Is the cam my issue on this fridge? When I adjust the screw on the bottom of the door to raise the door it turns a few turns and then slips back down. So is it the cam and screw or something else.

The door-cam for the refrigerator door is part number PS11751304, and for the freezer door is part number PS16731157. We would suggest replacing the door-cam to fix the issue.
