Hello Mickey, thank you for your question. It sounds like an issue with the timer. We would recommend replacing the electronic timer, Part #: PS4704634. I hope this helps!

Replaced lid lock and it still will not start. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, so all lights are off. Hit the start button, lid lock light starts to flash and sensing light comes on and tries to sense and stops and just sits there with lid lock flashing,
For model number MVWC200XW2
Hi Bob,
Thank you for your question. If the lid lock light is flashing, check to make sure that the lid is closed properly. If it is not closed correctly, the lid lock light will flash. If a wash cycle was stopped or paused, this may also cause the lid lock light to start flashing. If this is the case, you will need to let the cycle finish before the light stops flashing. If you have just replaced the lid lock, make sure the connections are fitted properly and that it is seated correctly, so that when the lid is shut, it can shut all the way. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi, our washing machine does not complete the washing cycle correctly. For example, it's stops on drain an spin. The cloths are correctly disposed on the tank but it's would not spin. but if we select the option drain and spin, it does.
I suspect the controller? Can you help me with this problem?
For model number MVWC200XW2
Hello Gino, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the shift actuator first as this is the part that changes the transmission from agitation to spin mode. You can test it with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.

Washing machine wont spin. Takes long to unlock
For model number w10251333
Hello Tawana, thank you for writing. For this symptom you will want to consider either the Direct Drive Motor Coupling, the Door Lock & Interlock, or the Lid Switch, but we will need the model number for your washer to locate the correct replacements. We look forward to hearing back from you.
