Where and how to change the lint fiter? Washing machine is full of grass, dirt and lint.
    For model number MVWC200BW0
Hello Sam, Thank you for the question. The filter is under the basket in the bottom of the outer tub assembly. You will need to remove the basket and agitator to get to the filter. The filter is held in place by screws. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

My Maytag washer doesn't fill all the way up. Only get about two Inches of water.
    For model number MVWB765FW0
Hello Dave, Thank you for the question. I suggest removing and cleaning the Water Pressure Hose, PartSelect Number PS11741846. This is the hose that tells your appliance if your tub is at the desired water level and can get a build up over time and will not fill tot he proper level. Hope this helps!

Clothes comes out dingy. As if not getting enough water or something.
    For model number 11026002011
Hi Harvey, Thank you for your question. If your clothes are coming out dingy, there are a few things that may cause this. If you are washing a load of clothes that are soiled heavily and you are using the wrong type of detergent to clean them, this can cause your clothes to come out dingy. If you wash towels, jeans, darks and whites together for example, then your clothes will come out dingy and it is possible that the colors will bleed and settle on the clothing items. If you overload the washer, the detergent will not reach the surface of all the clothes in the washer and the dirt will still remain on the clothes. Make sure to use the correct water temperature for the clothes that you are washing. Read the instructions on the detergent bottle and make sure you use the proper water temperature as some detergents are designed to work in either warm or cold water. If you have hard water, you will need to use a water conditioner to protect your clothes. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

    For model number rtw4840yq1
Hello Richard, Thank you for contacting us. The filter on this unit is located on the bottom of the outer tub. It is held on by two screws and cream/yellow in color. To replace make sure to disconnect the power to the appliance, remove the inner tub lining and you will be able to access the filter and remove it from there. Hope this helps!
