This is the hose that tells your appliance if your tub is at the desired water level and can get a build up over time and will not fill tot he proper level. Hope this helps!

Hello Allison, thank you for contacting us. This part does not come with instructions on how to remove the basket and agitator. Your model contains a lint filter, part number PS11750500, under the spin basket. 1: First, you have to take up the lid. There are two lock clips under the top panel. Now, grab the front panel from the lid lock and slide the top panel to the forward position. 2: Remove the agitator by removing the bolt. 3: Remove the tub cover by unhooking all the locks. 4: Remove the spanner nut that is holding the spin tub. 5: Remove the inner basket, and you get access to the lint filter. Hello Doug, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, this issue arises when the drain hose is clogged. A clogged drain hose prevents water from properly flowing down the drain pipe resulting in a backup of water, which has nowhere to go but onto your laundry room floor. We would suggest cleaning the drain hose. If this does not resolve your issue, then you may need to replace the drain pump, part number PS11770076. We hope this solves your problem!
