The washing machine won't turn on and there isn't any light indication on the front control panel. The had an unbalanced load and shut down when i took the trop cover off i discovered that the 8 conductor cable from the front control panel top the central control panel was damaged (two conductor were cut and a few others were chaffed. I repaired the conductor and rung them out. But the washer won't power up. Also when power is turned on at the house panel circuit breaker i can hear a slight click in the front control panel. Do you think that either the front control panel (electronic control board) or the central control board need to be replaced?

Hello Mike, Thank you for the question. This sounds like the damaged wiring may have shorted out the Control Board, Part Number: PS11750474. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!

The control display board will not light up. The power button beeps when pressed and the start/pause button beeps and will lock the door and the done light comes on. At this point none of the buttons will clear the machine. Unplugging the display control board at the ccu or unplugging the machine will reset it. The door must be manually unlocked.Would the control display board be bad or the ccu.

My washer is giving a" f1 e1" error code and the pump will only run for a few seconds then stop. I'm thinking its either:A) a relay, where is it located? is it on the control board or the pump?
or
b) more likely the control board itself .
there is an other electric control but i'm thinking that part is the washer drum motor control,
please advise:
a. where is the relay for the pump motor?
b. is the relay replaceable ?

Hello Frederick, thank you for your question! When you receive that error, it means the following: EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect. Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board. PS11750474 is the one behind the control panel, and PS11754006 is the one located under the tub. As the pump is only running for a few seconds then stops, you would likely need to replace the one under the tub. We hope this helps!
