Replaced drawer rails, the drawer will not slide onto the rails. Repair is not complete!
Calling an appliance company to put the drawer on the new rails and reinstall the drawer. Totally frustrated!

I would just would like to know if the drawer slide includes the interior piece with the ball bearings. Can you help?

Replaced the rails on warming drawer, however, the door will not close all the way, goes about half way in and is hung up somewhere. It was hanging up on the left, now it’s hanging up on the right and still will not close all the way. Please help us.

Hi Jennifer, thank you for your question. You may want to check to see if you have installed the parts correctly. You should not have any issues if they are brand new parts and everything is installed correctly. You may also want to check to see if there is any debris or broken pieces that are hindering the rails. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
