Hi Ritchie,
Thank you for your question. If your dispenser is not dispensing water, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the control bracket, the micro switch, the water inlet valve, the water filter, the water filter housing and the lever retainer/clip. You will find information on most of these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Hi Sergio,
Thank you for your question. The ice maker continues to fill with water, the issue may be with the water inlet valve or the ice maker. There may also be an issue with the water pressure in your home.
The water inlet valve requires 20 PSI to shut off. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
