Solenoid Failed, Water Leak
The manifold was rusty and leaked. Took off the cover, removed the electrical connectors and removed the manifold. Received new manifold within time period and installed, put back together in reverse order. Took about 45 minutes to break down and 45 minutes to reassemble. Much cheaper than hiring an Appliance Tech.

Cold water constantly dripping into the washer
Removed the two screws that secured the control panel to top of washer. Removed panel by pulling if forward and rotateing it upward. Removed the two clips that secure the back panel to the washer body. Rotated body forward. Disconnected plug from water inlet valve remove valve and replace with new one. Reverse the process of disassembly.
