How does the fan blade come off the motor shaft. No set screws

My refrigerator has started to make a loud noise, it will not stop. Have checked everything, not very cold I’ve noticed. Could this be the condenser. I bought this house 4 years ago and it was here, while checking it I see it is only 8 yrs old . Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS11740359, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced.
