Is this the part number for the entire ice marker unit or just the ice tray?Thank you
For model number w10122563
Hello Kevin, thank you for asking! This part is the arm stripper, which helps remove the ice from the mold. We would be more than happy to help you locate the ice maker and ice tray if you could provide us with your model number!

The ice maker will not shut off when I lift the shutoff wire, it just keeps making ice.
For model number MBF1958DEH00
Hi Marian,
Thank you for your question. When an ice maker continuously makes ice, it may be caused by the bail arm. The bail arm is either keeping the switch inside the ice maker closed or the switch inside ice maker is sticking closed. To verify if it is the ice maker that is causing this problem, try removing some ice from the bucket, so the arm is all the way down. Then lift the arm and then lower it very slowly a few times and listen for a clicking sound. If you hearing the clicking noise each time you raise and lower it, the arm is making contact with the switch and it is also releasing the switch. Notice how far the arm has to drop to make the clicking sound. If the extension is on the arm and it still overfills the ice bucket, the bucket may need to be raised slightly. If you do not hear this clicking sound, the ice maker will need to be replaced. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Ice maker jams with ice you have break up the ice for it to work i broke arm stripr part no. Ps11748652 is this the only piece i need to replace?
For model number Wrs325fdaw04
Hello and thank you for writing.
If the ice storage bin gets too full or isn't used often enough, slight melting and refreezing may cause ice cubes to stick together in clumps, making it impossible to dispense them. Remove the ice storage bin from the freezer and break clumped up ice with your hands You need to do this on a regular basis then you should not need any additional parts to fix this. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

The arm on the ice maker will not go down all the way. How do I fix it?
For model number MFF2558VEW6
Hi Kim, thank you for contacting us. You may need to check the stripping arm, part number PS11748652, to see whether it is hooked properly or it is in the proper position. If still facing the issue, then you may need to check the refrigerator ice maker assembly, part number PS11765620, to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
