The part I received was what I ordered when it finally arrived. I had to call after a few weeks when I didn’t receive my part. They were very helpful reordering the part and reshipping. My only concern was I had to call back to be reimbursed for my first purchase and when I called after two weeks the person said they sent over to the distribution center to push through my refund. This makes me feel like I wouldn’t have gotten my refund without having called. This makes me hesitant to use them again if this is their policy.

The Drawer Guide on my stove broke. I looked on line and find the right part, at a GREAT price. Ordered the part which came in just a few days and within minutes the old part was off and the new part was put on and Voila! the drawer slides in and out perfectly. Thank you!!
