Is this also the clip that goes on the back upper left rail (as you’re facing the dishwasher)? It looks the same, but a previous answer indicates it’s for the front. Thanks!

I do not understand how to put the clip on the front of the upper rail. It keeps falling off. Do you have a better picture of how to put it on and how it looks when installed.
For model number WDT72OPADW1
Hello Marjorie, Thank you for the question. The clip should just snap in place. If it is not staying in place, check the end of the rail for damage and wear or the clip its self. Hope this helps!

How do I get my dinner plates to fit in the bottom rack properly? They will not stand upright in the rack they fall forward causing them to fall forward. The tine adjuster doesn't make a difference when moved. They are large bowl style plates. I just had the dishwasher installed and I am very disappointed and contemplating returning it.

Broken lower rack wheels, tine pivot, and rail stop clip
Easy, 5 minute repair. Snap off old, snap on new. I looked up on the manufacturer's website and got the replacement part numbers, then ordered on partselect for half the price.
It is a small plastic piece which serves as a stop on the right side of the upper rack. It is the correct part because it is identical to the left one of the same type. I tried clamping down with a pair of pliers but I am afraid of breaking it. With shipping this two inch piece of plastic cost $20, so I do not want to crack it. I am at a loss as to how to sit in in place.

Dishwasher circulation pump malfunction
Tipped over washer, removed attachment bolts, installed new pump by clamping water hoses. Be sure to use proper crimping pliers, not the generic slip joint pliers. Replacement pump included required new clamps.
