Wheels were broken off the original upper rack assembly.
My husband and I are both very mechanical but found this repair confusing and difficult. No instructions on how to remove old parts and when I called service department was told parts had come from the manufacturer and they had no idea. ... Read more the new parts were confusing and the pictures blurred and not much help. I suspect they were poor photocopies from a service manual. That said, once we figured out how to install the first side the other side went smoothly and the repair was successful. The replacement parts are of substantially better quality (stainless steel) than the original plastic ones.
Had trouble finding my model dishwasher so i called Part Select and we were able to identify the same parts from a newer model. Repair was to replace the entire spray arm assembly, it went well with no problems.

I need the rubber stopper that covers the hole when you change the height of the upper rack. Does this piece include this?

The parts are not broken, but the spray arm is not spinning and glasses are not getting clean (upper rack)

Hi Ron, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking to make sure the spray arms are not clogged. They can get build up over time. You can also check to make sure the Water Supply Manifold Probe on the back feed tube is in place and not clogged. If everything looks good then it might be a defective Circulation Pump and Motor, PartSelect Number: PS11757388.The part functions by spinning the impeller of the circulation pump, which is used to move the water through the spray arms during the wash cycle.Hope this helps!

What is the orientation of the water supply manifold probe, that is does the part that sticks out in back have the triangle side to the top or the bottom of the dishwasher?
