The question wasn't weather part #1 came with part #9. The question was does part #1 include the gasket for the two holes where part #9 slips into. I also need that gasket since there are two holes to seal shut and part #9 only slips into one of them. So, is there a way to get one of those gaskets to seal off the two holes on part #1?

Hi Ray, Thank you for contacting us back. Sorry for the mix up there. Yes the tube comes with the gaskets that fit into the 2 holes on the tube that #9 slips into.Unfortunately the gaskets are not sold separately from the feed tube assembly. Hope this helps!

I think i understand what benjamin meant when he wrote "double hole runner gasket flapper thingies". Please confirm: Do i need to buy then entire feed tube assembly, if only the double flapper gasket (held within the feed tube) is broken? The broken part was taken out of the feed tube. It is about 3" long, about 1" wide, and looks like a tiny pair of grey rubber glasses with flaps over the lenses. Am i making sense here? Anyway, can i just get this little double flapper valve, by itself, to insert into the perfectly good feed tube? Or do i have to get the whole feed tube? Thank you.

Does part #1 (water feed tube) come with the double hole runner gasket flapper thingies that allow you to insert the second level rack at different heights?

Hello, there is no water coming out of the top white spinner in our dishwasher, i thought maybe the water feed tube needs replacing but do you think that is might be the issue or is there hose connecting behind the housing that may be the problem? Or is there a missing part on the water feed tube? I see a square whole so i'm not sure how the water gets fed up to the spinner..

Hello Amber, Thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking first to make sure the spinner arm and feed tube are not clogged. If you are getting water to the middle tube but not the upper tube, there may be a clog or crack in the tube. We would also recommend checking the manifold and water inlet valve. Hope this helps!

The glasses in the top rack are not getting clean on the inside of the glass. What do we check first?

Hi Lila. You will want to check the lower spray arm. Check to make sure nothing is clogged or gunked up and the seals are not damaged. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
Looking at the feed tube and the flap on the upper of the two opening looks like it isn't closing as I think it was designed. Should I assume the upper spinner isn't getting much water pressure? Would that lead to the machine being noisier than it was?

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your question. If the dishwasher has low water pressure, then water may not come out of the top spinner. Check both the water pressure and the water inlet valve. If the water inlet valve is not working correctly, then it may not provide water to the dishwasher. Look for any signs of damage, wear, or cracking, visually inspect the water inlet valve. If your valve shows signs of any of the symptoms described above, you will need a replacement water inlet valve. If the spinner or the spray arms are clogged, then water will not spray out of them. You will need to remove and inspect them. If they are clogged, give the a good cleaning and use a pin to clean the holes. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.
It's difficult to see through the dishwasher door, but the glasses and anything in the top rack doesn't come out clean. When I open the door while the dishwasher is running, it looks like the middle sprayer is not turning. When I pull out the top rack the rubber flap that closes the hole when not in use doesn't flap back to seal the hole. I tried plugging that hole with a plastic cap and lower the rack to use the lower hole with the flap but again, the sprayer isn't turning. Is replacement part #1 the one I should purchase to fix this problem or are their other parts in play? Thank you.

Hi Rafik, thank you for the question. Before replacing the water feed tube, we would suggest checking the middle spray arm and center support for any damage. If these are fine, the issue could be with the manifold probe, part number PS11748182. It supplies water from the main water feed tube to the middle manifold water tube. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
