AGITATOR NOW FUNCTIONING

Pulled the agitator unit from the washer, popped the top, pulled damaged part and replaced. Easy job!! Great video installation instructions! Thank you.

Once water filled up it would kick off and no action from the agitator..just a buzzing sound..

Following the instructions from the email received from this site was very helpful...given the washers were slightly different then mine in the videos ...it gave me a solid view point of what I would expect...my thrust spacer and the one I was sent was different in length and luckily it wasn't needed for my repair..extremely affordable pr ... Socket extension should be at least 10 inches long. Need two people to do the job if the screw is very tight.

stop agitator not turning

popped off the softener cap, removed inner seal cap, removed bolt holding the top agitator and removed top agitator by pulling up. Removed the ring holding the dogs in place. Replaced the dogs and slipped it all back together
