Fold Away Tine Latch WP99003106

The fold away tine latch or fold away tine clip in your dishwasher holds the tine row in the vertical position. If your dishwasher has a fold away tine latch, it can be disconnected so that the tine row folds down, and you can accommodate larger items in the dish rack. If the latch is broken or missing, the tine rows will not be able to return to and remain at the vertical position. To replace the fold away tine latch, simply disconnect the old latch, and connect the new one with the tines in the vertical position. This part is made of gray plastic and is approximately 6 inches in length. Some dishwashers will have multiple fold away tine latches, but this part is sold individually.
