Fold Away Tine Latch WP99002710

I ordered three plastic parts for the inside of a dishwasher. I received two metal bearings and a gear. They required I send photos of the incorrect parts, which I did and they sent a return mailing label, so I had to take the package to UPS. They gave me no explanation of why I received incorrect parts. Unfortunately, they couldn't just send the correct parts since their process requires a refund on the original and then you have to order again. Since I was concerned that if I ordered again, I may receive three random incorrect parts, I ordered through another parts store. On the positive side, they did refund my payment correctly.
