The dual burner used to heat up then shut down then heat up again in order to regulate the burner temperature. Now it just heats all the way to its hottest temperature and stays there. What part would I need that regulates the dual burner temperature?

Inner element in radiant surface element oem part #w10823692 does not heat. The outer element does.

Hello Peter, thank you for your question. That could be an issue with the switch, or the element. The more likely issue is the switch. We would recommend testing the switch first to determine if it has gone bad. If the switch is tested and is fine, the burner would have to be replaced. I hope this helps.

Dual burner on stove seems to over heat even on low setting wife says it is cooking to fast on lower setting ,could this be the dual dial switch.

Does this dual infinite switch WP9755173 work also for the front burner with bridge which I believe is the Wp9753999? The stove is wlp85800. Or do you have that infinite switch?

The dual element on the range only stays on high when turned on,is it the infinite switch?
