Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
Two tine pivot clips had failed, and the row of tines would no longer remain upright. I needed to replace the clips.
Although two clips had failed, I ordered three just in case. My hunch was correct. These clips don't want to go on, and I broke the first one trying to force it over the frame. Then I applied Einstein's definition of insanity (doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results) and tried something different. I applied soap to the part of the clip that snapped over the frame and to that area of the frame as well. That worked, and the clips snapped on and the repair was completed.

Some tines rusted out
Pop the old tine row out and remove old clips.
Snap on new clips and pop in new tine row.
NOTE: Old clips quite brittle. I recommend ordering new clips with tine row.
Job was "piece of cake".

Replacement of worn or broken parts
The wash arm parts were the most functionally important. These just snap into place. I was amused to see that the lower spray arm seal no longer even resembled the shape of the original part. My seal had worn to the shape of a thin fingering. The dish rack clips were a little more challenging. Snapping off the old ones was straightforward but figuring out the proper orientation of the new clips required a little thought. However, I like puzzles.

Parts started to fail due to age and use.
Decided to do the repair myself, if I could get parts. Went to purchase them loacally and was told I would have to order parts, seems supply house was confused about what I needed. Found Parts Select.com on line, easy to order parts, parts came in as shown and detailed on website - installation was a breeze.
Will deffinately use Parts Select.com again!

A separator on the dishwasher's top tray wouldn't flip down anymore.
The hardest part was finding the right "Tine Pivot Clip," as several parts have the same name.
I wish I'd spent more time looking at the site's exploded parts diagram to pinpoint the broken part's exact location; I ordered the wrong ones at first, but eventually ordered the correct part. (I saved the others for when the other "tine pivot clips" break.)
Once I found the right part, it pushed on fairly easily with my fingers. (It might have broken had I used pliers.)
All in all, my orders still cost much less than a visit from the appliance repair company.

Clips were broken and very easy to replace
I pulled the top tray out by unhooking the end clips. Replacing the broken clips that hold the swivel racks was a breeze The top spray arm was replaced with two screws.

Flopping Wash Arm due to broken retainer nut spelt disaster three days before Thanksgiving.
Once I removed the wash arm from its base and figured out what had happened I ordered the repairs I needed from PartsSelect.com. It was extremely easy to see what was needed.
I had to have them sent overnight, because it was three days before Thanksgiving and the arrival of 7 extra people on Wednesday evening.
The package arrived Tuesday afternoon, I opened it, removed the old spray arm bearing ring, put the new one in place, placed the wash arm bearing ring on the bottom of the wash arm, set it in place, and tightened all of it in place with the new wash arm retainer nut. Started the dishwasher and I was in business!! It took longer to open the package and unpackage everything than it did to make the repair AND no chapped and cracked hands doing Thanksgiving & weekend dishes.

broken clips that hold up vertical dishwasher racks.
Very easy to snap in. I would recommend to make them more slippery to snap in. Maybe use a little soap or place them in hot water before you place them on dishwasher tray.
