White Dishrack Roller Specifications

This upper dishwasher dishrack roller, also known as a dishrack wheel, allows you to roll the dishwasher rack easily on the support rails. If your dishwasher rack is disconnected or the rack is broken, then replacing this part might be the solution. The first step in this repair is to remove the upper dishrack from the track, the next step is to remove the defective rack roller and replace it with the new one by sliding it onto the shaft and locking it in. No tools are required for this replacement and customers rate this project as easy. The roller is entirely made from plastic and is just over an inch in diameter.

I have above mentioned dishwasher i need part #ps11746834. However the piece of the rack that held the part has broken off. All others are in good shape. I have seen on your site that there are snap on rollers. Would you recommend a part.Thanks m. laurita jldominic@bright.net

This upper dishrack wheel assembly has two pieces: The wheel and the mounting bracket (both white plastic). I ordered one and it came in two parts. I can't fit them together (tube video not with standing). How can I order them already put together?

The upper tray came crashing down on top of the lower tray because a couple of wheels let go over time.
I ordered the parts after looking at the diagrams. I ordered a total of 5 pieces.
The parts arrive earlier than expected, and were new, OEM, parts. I cannot stress how important it is to order Original Equipment Manufacturer parts.
I replaced the broken pieces within 30 minutes. Great experience.

upper rack wheels broke
The hardest part was the roller had to inserted into shaft/mount one roller broke off replaced all 4 used part select for washing machine and dyer quick delivery and good parts. will use again

Wheel axle had broke and the wheel was not connected.
Actually following the online video is the way to go.

Original roller broke @ shank.
Followed instructions given on the web. Replacement went smoothly, but...description of part said it was for Maytag as well as several other brands. However, this part clips on to the wire basket, where the original part screwed onto the track arm. Therefor, it will not stay on track, and basket vibrates when moving it in and out of dishwasher.

Rack roller broke
I opened the end stop of the rack, replaced the roller, and put the end stop back on. I can't believe I paid the repairman the last time $125????? An he put in a regular screw that rusted and broke the roller. Took me 3 minutes! Thanks

broken top rack roller
I simply looked at the other side (which was still functioning) and put the new one on but in reverse (left side/right side) I also was missing the end stop to the slide and simply popped that in and snapped closed. Two simple parts and 15 mins. solved a whole lot of aggrivation,
without any aggravation! wish I had found this site sooner!

Broken roller upper left rack
Remove end cap of guide. Remove broken roller. Install new roller, clip in place, replace end cap. easy peasy.

Electric range oven's element wouldn't heat up and Dishwasher's upper rack wont roll out
The sketches on PartSelect.com were very-very helpful, in picking up the parts to order and also while fixing the parts.

For oven range. First I removed the two screws that hold the flat top in place and lifted the flat top. I then unscrewed the two screws that holds the element kit. Disconnected the three wires, and replaced the broken element with the new one. All done.

For dishwasher, just snapped the parts in and all set.

Once the two items were put together, the person repairing my dishwasher rack (family member) easily snapped it on the rack. We had make some adjustments because my dishwasher is so old, that the upper rack was not quite the same as pictured for my model dishwasher. It is working however, so no complaints.
