Timer sticks during wash cycle. Must be moved manually or it will keep washing forever.
For model number IS43000

Hi George, Thank you for your question. If the timer is sticking, check the knob to to see if it is causing the problem. If not, it could be the timer itself. There are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Here is a link from our website that you may reference on what parts to check, https://www.partselect.com/AdvancedModelSymptoms.aspx?ModelNum=IS43000&mfgModelNum=&fkMfgID=3&ModelMasterID=217652&PID=32. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Karl, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the lid switch first, which is PartSelect Number: PS11745957. If that part is ok, the issue would be with the timer, PartSelect Number: PS11746742. I hope this helps!

Washer works, but stops at the rinse cycle.
For model number WTW5530SQ0

Hi Lester, Thank you for your question. If the washer is stopping at the rinse cycle, the issue may be with the lid switch. If the lid switch is malfunctioning, it can prevent the washer from working correctly. You should also check the pump and the timer to see if they are working correctly as well. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

When using hand washable. The machine fills with water and stops. It does not wash or rinse! But if i advance the dial to spin it does spin. All the other cycles work well.

Hi Denise, Thank you for your question. I would suggest checking your lid switch to see if it is working correctly. It sounds like maybe it is having a little bit of an electrical issue. You should be able to test that part with a multi meter. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Just bought and replaced water valve and thermistor through your store but it didn't solve my problem. Washer isnt fully draining water at the end of cycle, leaving a layer of water on bottom of tub and sopping wet clothes. Any clue? Pump or timer. Seems like water is slowly leaking back in? I'm clueless. New ones are too expensive

Hi John, Thank you for your inquiry. If your washer is not draining the water, There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the direct drive motor coupling, the clutch assembly, the lid switch, the agitator directional cogs, the pump retainer, the motor start capacitor, and the motor. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
