Hi George, Thank you for your question. If the timer is sticking, check the knob to to see if it is causing the problem. If not, it could be the timer itself. There are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. Hello Karl, thank you for your question. We would recommend testing the lid switch first, which is PartSelect Number: PS11745957. If that part is ok, the issue would be with the timer, PartSelect Number: PS11746742. I hope this helps!

Hi John, Thank you for your inquiry. If your washer is not draining the water, There are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the drain pump, the direct drive motor coupling, the clutch assembly, the lid switch, the agitator directional cogs, the pump retainer, the motor start capacitor, and the motor.
