Great website; easy to determine the right part using the detailed schematic provided once I had the model number corrected for our older dishwasher. The part was delivered quickly; simple to snap on and fit perfectly. This would have been a five star rating except for the shipping costs. That took a small $5 plastic part to $12. That said, still a great experience and resource for parts. Will definitely use you again.

Door dropped like a rock when opened.
The key item in this outing was the Door Balance Link Kit. All others were 5 minute easy repairs. Our dishwasher was installed under old cabinetry so I had to use a crescent wrench to raise the extended front feet and then a pry bar to get the dishwasher to clear the existing flooring. I really envied the fellow in the video who was just able to slide his unit out. Once it was out, getting the old broken door balance parts off was relatively easy. Stretching the spring to get the new ones mounted took some effort. Than a fair amount of fiddling to get the dishwasher back in the right position and level under the old counter. I figure I still came out ahead with having to wait on two visits from the repairman (one for diagnosis and parts ordering, one for install). And now I know a little more about how this thing ticks.

Top slide out rack in dishwasher, plastic part broken
Found this web business the night before my wife intended to call the service people. Examined the diagram, found my part, went right to it on the order form. The part, its left side counterpart (which I really didn't need), and the shipping were about one third the amount I would have paid the service people to come just to tell me that they would have to order the part, and return to install it. For less than $20, and in four days, I received the part. I snapped it in place in approximately 15 seconds, and was done. My wife looked at me in disbelief and asked how in the world I had done that. "Superior intelligence and connections!", I replied. Thanks PartSelect, I shall return.
