Siphon, Bleach/Softener WP8540429

Hi Faye, thank you for reaching out. Make sure that your dispenser is draining properly and isn't clogged. Pour a cup of water into the softener compartment quickly until it starts to overflow. It should then siphon the water out and if so that means the unit is definitely clean. If the dispenser is clean, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Water Inlet Valve, part number PS11746288. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service.
