How many burners come under this specific item, on the description it says "head burner left front and left front" meaning I would need to order 2, or meaning both left and right come with this selection?

Hi Dalia, thank you for contacting us. We have found that the part you mentioned, part number PS11745754, is the head burner, which can be used for both the left front and the right front burner. It is sold individually. You may have to order two for both burners. We hope this information helps!
