The connection point for the Assembly is from the outside of the unit so the machine had to be pulled out of the counter
Removed the mounting screws shorten the leveling legs to minimum and I was able to slide the machine out enough to reach the mounting screws without unhooking the water or electrical , if doing the rear assembly disconnecting everything is the only way on my installation.
Turn off power. Turn off water. Remove upper dish rack. Removed 2 screws securing dishwasher to cabinet. Slide dishwasher out making sure water, drain and power lines are long enough if not disconnect line with issue. Remove the 2 screws holding wheel assembly. Remove the rubber grommets behind each wheel and install on new assembly after

The wheels broke off the upper rack wheel mount assemblies
Pulled dishwasher out about 2 feet from under counter, unscrewed old upper rack wheel mounts (4 of them, 2 on each side) screwed new mounts in place, pushed dishwasher back under counter, screwed top of dishwasher back into counter (these 2 screws hold dishwasher in place) and was done. Wheel to hold top rack broke off
It was a real easy repair. I unscrewed the dishwasher from the counter top. Slid it out from the cabinet about 8 inches. Unscrewed the wheels from the side of the dishwasher and screwed the new one in. It took about 15 mins. The part came in two days from order. Real easy!

Top rack front wheel broke.
Pulled out dishwasher. Took out old screws. Unsnapped end of rack slid new wheel in and attached to side. Very Very easy. It was great to get the part so fast and take care of this repair ourselves.

Wheel mounts broke
The parts I received were similar but not an exact match to the original part. The original part is no longer produced. The original part used threaded screws to mount the assembly to the dishwasher body. The replacement part had and open "shaft" that was approx 3 times the size of the threaded screw used previously. My solution for t
... Read morehis change: I purchased 8-32x1" stainless steel carriage bolts with matching nut. The head of the bolt fit nicely within the opening of the wheel mount. I salvaged the rubber washers out of the old parts and used them for reassembly. Inconvenient, but problem solved.

Replace upper wheel and mount assembly
Disconnect water line since it was a hard tubing, not flexible. Unattach the washer from the counter top. Roll out the washed about 15 inches. Replace the wheel assemblies by removing 2 bolts from each assembly, then replacing the parts and bolts. Reverse the above procedures.

The screws that hold the rack wheels assembly are on the outside of the unit and it must be pulled out from under the counter to access them. What size nut driver is needed to remove and replace the kitchen upper rollers? I have the right part. Before I remove washer , I need the right nut driver.

Does this part attach to the upper rack or to the inside of the dish washer wall. I need the part (2 each) that attaches to the top rack itself on the front sides, back wheels are still good.
