My soap dispenser door seems to be stuck. It seems no to always open so that the soap dispenses form both cups during washing. What can be causing this?Can it be repaired at minimal cost?

Hi Leslie, Thank you for the question.Sounds like the latch might be broken. The latch and door are not sold on their own so the dispenser will need to be replaced, PartSelect Number PS11750654. Good luck with the repair!
When the dishwasher starts working the door open with the pressure of the water, I believe the part that hold the door close is the one that is not working, for it was working fine.
