It was a struggle that need not be
O had a terrible time getting a part that was not smashed or broken. The first two times I received the part they were definitely broken on one side of the other. It was due to poor packaging in a thin envelope. The next three parts I received were also broken as far as I was concerned. It was when I received the part for the fifth time that I went directly to Wrillpool and learned from their information sheet that the part was made on purpose with a crack in it at the 3 o'clock on the ring. Why does the information on your sight not state that information. It would have made a big difference .Check it out. Jack Quinn

So far it is a big disappointment!!!
I ordered the part the 24th of July. The part arrived and it was broken. After all the deck and forth the part was recorded a second time. The credits and refunds never came through. The second order finally arrived and it was also broken. Once again the process of reordering and returning and credits and refunds took place. I had not received credit or refunds from the first order. I am now into this $2.00 part for over $100.00 bucks. The third order came and it was also broken. Talk about frustration. If you look closely at picture of the in this e-mail you sent , I think it is also broken. Look near the top of the ring just before it branches out. Yesterday I talked with a very nice lady (Joanne) she has reordered the part from Calf. It is to be shipped in a box rather than a very thin padded envelope. I am hoping it will be here tomorrow Tnursday. It may take a year to clear up the desire and refunds. J. Quinn......PS.....The part shipped from Calif. Was not shipped in a box and this ( the fourth part) is also BROKEN. Hugh

Great part-poor shipping
Part was great but will never buy from this company again. Paid extra for shipping 2-3 business days that was on a Friday morning. Did not receive part until the next Saturday. Don't pay extra for shipping, don't buy from this company, they take your extra money for slower shipping.

tube holder lost its shape and began hanging preventing upper tray from closing
repair was simple and easy; just make sure you install the holder in the same direction and on same upper-tray prongs to prevent having to remove them to switch around (ensures spinner works properly).

The mount broke off in the upperdish rack wash assembly
I took the whole upper dish rack wash assembly apart removed the piece of broken mount and replaced with a new mount. screwed everything back together and added the Water Inlet Tube Holder that I had been missing previously. That is probably what caused the mount to wear in the first place. Anyway easy fix and good as new working beautifly!!

The upper spray arm mounying bracket broke
I used a nut driver to remove the broken part. I should have marked the original position of the part beore I removed it. I then needed a square drive screwdriver to complete the disassembly. A little trial & error and I found the correct location to do the remount.
I also tried to replace one of the rack rollers, but ordered the wrong part. The photos online weren't quite enough for an easy ID of the correct part. I needed a roller with a right angle mount.
