I keep getting this msg: F9.Q touch communication. I’ve cut power off at the breaker and unplugged trying to do a hard reset. Unfortunately, the keypad works sporadically but still receive said msg. Is this the part i need to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!
For model number GH7208XRQ1

Hello Kim, Thank you for the question. The F9 Error code generally means there was a power surge and it may have shorted the relay board. Normally the Board, PartSelect Number: PS11745310 will need to be replaced. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

Do you have any instructions on how to replace this board? (part# 8206602) looks like i need to remove the door assembly to get to it. Note: Display lights up but none of the touch functions respond. Got an f9.Q error code before the display quit functioning completely. Display would flicker on and off during use for the previous week. Thank you
