Is this part the outer glass?
For model number WW27110
Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. This is the inside door glass. I looked up the outside glass and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued. There is no part substitutions listed. My suggestion here would be to call the manufacturer and see if they can provide you with a substitution for these part numbers. Hope this helps!

How to i get the oven door off? Not sure what tool i need. I tried a hex wrench, but that did worktrying to replace the oven glass that my husband shattered.

The oven in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the part being installed is an oven door glass pane, but it will give you a general idea on how to remove the oven door.
