Sorry, we couldn't find any existing installation instruction that matched.
The switch worke fine but the threads was not the same as the old switch so I had to order a 3/8-32 but.
Remove the knobs then remove the four screws holding the trim remove the two sheet metal screws then lift the unit up and out of the cook top remove the nut from the old fan switch remove the two wires from the switch install the new switch put the wires back on the new switch then place the assembly back in the stove top insert and fasten the two sheet metal screws install the trim and knobs and your done. Note : check the nut before hand to see if it is the same as the old one there was no new nut with the new switch so I had to buy one.

fan switch would not work the fan
Unplugged the unit first of course. Removed the control knobs.

Removed 4 screws from the control panel on the side of the stove top.

located the fan switch and took out the two connectors. The only little problem was the little bolt that holds the fan switch in place was slightly the wrong size for the new fan switch. I had to go to the hardware store to find a bolt that would hold the switch in place within the unit.

after that was located it was very simple to plug the connectors in to the new switch and put everything back in place. If a bolt would have been included it would have been a 10 or 15 minute job.

I knocked the knob off the fan control and the stem of the control broke, too.
First I removed 3 screws that held a plate againt the wires. Then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the 2 wires holding the old element and connected them to the new element. Replaced the plate with 3 screws and I was done.

Exhaust fan wouldnt shut off
Piece of cake. Unplug power. Unscrew 4 screws on side. Unscrew 2 screws on top. Pull off top cover and plug in new switch. Switch was not the same but it still worked just fine. Very easy and much cheaper than paying Sears of JoeBlow $100.

Original Fan switch wouldn't shut off.
Once I got the part from Parts Select it was easy. Removed four screws, liftef knobs and face plate. Removed two more screws , lifted assembly(after I shut off power)
Removed towo connectors and nut holding switch. Replaced with new switch and and did a reverse of proceedure to put together.
Real story was before I found Parts Select I contacted JennAir and their person couldn't understand or help me. I emailed the original manufacturer of the part and found it was obsolete. They did not offet a substitute.
10 minutes on line with PS and I had what I needed ordered.
Thank You
